Torque OBDII Test Results

Last week I bought and used this product here: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NLQAHS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1"]Amazon.com: BAFX Products - Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool - For check engine light & diagnostics - Android ONLY: Automotive[/ame]

I connected it to my Limited BRZ (2013) and several tests received a 'FAIL'. I am not confident that I know how to interpret all this. Any help is appreciated.

Seeing as your results are all 3 or 323 I think your reader or your OBD2 port or both aren't communicating very well. Don't worry about it if the car is running ok and there are no CEL's on.

Check your connection, there have been issues with the OBDII port early on with this vehicle. Pins disengaged and so on.

Mine is an early 2013 BRZ Limited. How would I go about fixing this, if there is indeed something wrong with the connection?

Edit: So I found this discussion http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39137 .

The OBDII device's LEDs flash correctly and connects to my phone just fine, sending rpm data, etc in real time. I'll try it with my Toyota Highlander, and my friend's 2014 BRZ Limited to see if similar issues occur.
