@orthojoe there's a few threads on accessing the info already (see below). It does come to the ODB2 port from the OEM oil temp sensor but is a unique Toyota code. To access the data someone needs to crack the Toyota PID code or pay heaps of money to Toyota to get it.

HKS have done that so their OB-Link works and shows oil temp - must have cost them a heap to get the unique codes from multiple manufacturers. AiM will need the info from Toyota unless someone that had the codes spills the beans!
