At 3800, 1.0 works for 90% of people, being the ones with Tomei's, clones, etc.

We have local tuners here who run much leaner and still have that spike, even in FOURTH GEAR on a $1000 custom dyno tune.
I never understood why until I developed the load limits on my car.
