Ditch the worm clamps for the OEM spring style ones. I used the included Blitz clamps and they all leaked after a few heat cycles, I have since replaced with OEM and have no leaks.

No one mentions it, but this is super common. You'll notice the splines aren't lined up between wheels. I have 6 of them on my work bench and none of them have matching spline rings to one another....

Could you post a photo of the front caliper pistons? This part # leads back to the same as STI calipers (44/40) which are different than the BRZ (40/40).
