They sent blanks for mine and we machined the offset and bolt pattern to fit the car. I went a little more conservative with +38/42 offsets.

I have the Perrin mounts and unlike the above post, I think they were the most thought out. Far easier to pull the motor once the Perrin mounts are installed. I'm very happy with them.

I fully agree 100% with 37 on the 90 degree fittings being a far better and reliable solution.
