Sorry for not getting back sooner. Puter was broken. I have since had the oil leak fixed that so many have had on the master cylinder plate and area just next to it. 1000 miles later the burning oil smell is still there. I have checked and the fix is bone dry. If there was any left over oil from the fix I would think after 1000 miles it would have burned off. I am at a loss of what to do. They even relooked at it and said they cant find anything.

Sure you don't have anything dead under the hood? Might be a small animal or something trapped and dead somewhere? Outside air is vented in from the base of the front windshield and it will mostly pick up any smell from under the engine bay in most cases.
