I found this on some Chinese website. Basically it goes over the stock antenna on the '13 models . It's only like $13

The radio reception with some shark fins can be sh*t. So, if you listen to FM radio I'd not use one. But, if you don;t listen to radio and it looks better than stock then why not. I have a modelista shark fin on my 86.

You also need to be careful with paint colour match.

The actual BeatSonic ones are essentially the same thing. I had one, and it worked great.

Increases under steer. Too much yaw stability.

Same here, and I could tell no difference in AM/FM reception.

Am I the only guy that would have swapped the shark fin for the original stock? Never liked the looks of the shark fin. The original is actually sort of unobtrusive and not so "look at me I am an antennae".

I got the beatsonic on a whim, but I like it better than the original, because I didn't care for the RC car look the OEM one had. I have thought about switching it back (it comes off easy enough) or painting black to match the car trim.
