Need Help on Replacing Stock Air Filter

Can please advise me which direct should the air filter be ?

A lot people told me the wording should be facing outside but I can't get it to fit in.

It looks like you are correct. This picture shows the bigger side facing out.

Don't remember exactly because I change mine to perrin intake. However, look at the first photo, you will see 3 corners have same round shape and the other which is bottom right in your photo is a little different (kinda square).

Line it up with your air box (if I remember correctly, 3 close corners and 1 open is for the 4th corner) If you don't do it right, there's no way you can put it together.

Hey. Found this, finally! That 4th corner has to be lined up with the bottom left on your air box.

So does that mean the long fin facing outside, wording face inside ?

The filter can only fit one side right ?

Right above where it says Toyota there is a notch. There is one on the other side as well if you look inside the airbox you will see tabs that go in the notches.
