Wheel Directory: Kingpin KP 307 (BBS CH Replicas) 18x8.0 +35 / 18x9.0 +35

BBS CH Replicas from the UK, 18x8 and 18x9 +35 offset both sizes

Weight - 18x8 ~25lbs, 18x9 ~26.5lbs (not light, but didn't care, these are for dailies and maybe a HPDE or two, not autox)

Purchased from here, 3 day shipping to the U.S. and yes that is indeed the cost for all 4:

http://stores.ebay.com/royalwax/

I was going to go with ASGA Spirit wheels (replica STI Ts wheels) but they aren't currently availible in silver and I wasn't going to wait the however long to get them... And I REALLY wanted real BBS CH wheels, but I can't afford them. So these were the perfect option, replica be damned! They look FANTASTIC!

Federal 595-R 245/35/18's all around, had a bitch of a time with these tires... Had one with a bad bead, and a second that is out of round. Replaced one, currently living with the other until it gets to be too much (can't notice anything right now, drives quite nicely)

Sorry for previous crappy cell phone photos... My camera battery charged overnight, so I took some "real" pics today...

Not a big fan of running BBS caps on reps, but still very nice wheels. Classic.

Enjoy.

They came with the wheels, just some stickers. Looking into other centercaps.

Yes! RCE Yellows, lower the car about 3/4" which is absolutely perfect!

Garage
I emailed Jordan at Royal Wax to get the true manufacturer and model name for this wheel so I can list it correctly in the Wheel Directory.

Quote:
Hi Darren.

The wheels were from a Kingpin Wheels and they are ch KP307 model.

I hope this helps and if you need anymore information Just ask.

Many thanks
Jordan

I wouldn't say "perfect". The front could use a little more IMO. I think the wheels like nice though. Congrats

I have zero interest in the stanced/slammed theme. This is my daily driver forever as far as I'm concerned, I need to clear speed bumps and driveways.

Got some better center caps... No more fake bbs red caps, just fake Subaru stuff :p Matches the car perfectly. I also painted the tips of the wheel studs silver, and I hate to say it, but I think I need normal chrome lugnuts to finish the look...

Its one of the few wheel styles that I think looks correct on the car. I looked at EVERYTHING before decided on wheels...

Plus, Ferrari :p

I've always liked the CH's. Had them on my RX8:

Besides the colour, the reps look quite good!
