It's done. We're building manifolds and etc. now
We'll get it listed for sale as soon as we have kits ready to ship. And have a release info post also at that time. We have two kits at time of release. One will be a base kit at 8PSI and another at 13PSI. We're also working on another project which will most likely release at the same time. |

I assume yes, it's the obvious choice for forced induction short of a stand alone.

Fantastic News!
FT-86 SpeedFactory, Are you going to tap the oil inlet line like the pictures on page 1 or use the oil galley next to the AC compressor? Only reason I ask is my damn T that was supplied by FBM, which looks like the same one you have in the picture slowly leaked and I ended up change it. After moving it next to the AC compressor I no longer have an oil leak.

How in God's green earth is this kit not available yet? A year and a half since the first post? I'm so glad I didn't wait around on this as I know a lot of us didn't wait either. Not impressed.

What's the cost gonna be? Is there a pre sale list I can get on? When are you guys projecting to actually have this roll out?

I tried to get on the pre-sale/GB list over a year ago. It was supposed to roll out at the end of summer 2015. Then it was fall 2015. Then it was January 2016. Then it was Spring 2016. Summer is here and still nothing.

Delays suck; but FT86speedfactory is a solid shop and well respected by our community. Looking forward to seeing the kit come available.

Yes it has taken a long time there is no doubt about that. We've been busy and aren't going to release something half done. We wanted testing done on and off track. We've learned a lot, seen some things that would have really made customers mad. Made those corrections and moved forward. We understand not all can wait nor do we expect them to. We enjoy the kit and if we don't sell many and that's fine, but we know for a fact it's one of very few kits that can stand up to constant track abuse so it has that going for it. Anyway. Kits are in production once completed we'll get on our site and offer them for sale. We won't put them up till they are done and ready to ship . |

As much as I'm excited to see what this kit can do and what not, you gotta respect that they're not gonna release some half assed product to sell us, and then we will pay with our hard earned money.
If they would have released it early we could have ended up with kits like FA20CLUB..... From what it looks like they been testing it on and off the track. So it looks like reliability shouldn't be an issue at all especially if it's been in development for this long....I'm assuming they been hard at work on stress testing it. |
