Valentine 1 Hardwire Kit.

Hey whats up guys, I'm just wondering if anyone has a DIY for a radar detector Hardwire install? I've done it before in my BMW, but the fuse box on the the FRS is all the way down by the headlights.. Has anyone done this before? I have the kit and everything just need to wire it in.

I hardwired a dash camera into the fuse box. I detailed the install in this link. A lot of the add-a-circuit stuff applies to any device install: radar detector, gps, lights, etc

Have you considered using the lighter outlet in the glove box instead of hard wiring to the fuse box?

I tapped power from the rearview mirror (homelink).. Works great and is very stealth clipped to the headliner.
