Shiv, the BPB tunes you published have different Primary OL fueling maps than all the 91 and 93 maps in 1.5 and 2.0.
Is there any benefit of trying to integrate these changes in our maps or does it just make it more of a pain to tune around? I ask because I tried the leaner Primary OL fueling and got -3 deg flkc at 5000rpm, but it was only 20km or so after flashing. This is the log: http://datazap.me/u/wayne/206-stg2-u...2?log=0&data=1 On the same fuel (10% E - 100RON, roughly equal to 91AKI), without the intake runners I was fairly knock free. http://datazap.me/u/wayne/206-stg2-u...og=0&data=1-12 |

I think to make it safe on our 100RON (91AKI) I'll have to do something like this:
- Keep the richer OTS Primary OL Fuel map - Reduce the KC Advance around 5000rpm - Reduce the KC Advance above 6000rpm |

The first image is the further timing required to reduce the knock on our 98RON fuel.
The second image was the timing I took to get the intake runners to knock less on 98RON. All these BPB maps include the Timing Compensation Per Cylinder zeroed out of course. |

Are the current OTS CPB Beta maps safe to use for a daily driver or would it be preferred to wait for a non beta version of the map?
note: I would use the map as is and not tweak it in any way. |

If you look further down the page there is a thread about how to change any of the ots maps into a bpb map

Are you guys keeping the Rev Limit (Fuel Cut) at the elevated number (7600 / 7550) with these changes or is anyone lowering it?

Ecutek is always claiming that its the premium tuning software but maps like this timing per cylinder comp maps are not available to the end user and are for the professional.

They are beta tables, I've asked for some of these to be pushed through. Until then just take a base stock ROM into Romraider, change what you can't in ECUtek and then import into ECUtek and add the RaceROM patch.... job done!

I can add RaceRom patch using a base EcuTek license? Also, are you sure it will allow to flash me if any other tables than the ones available for base version viewing are modified? If I remember correctly it complains that I don't have a RaceRom license.

It won't work with OFT ROMs where the ROM type is edited or LC and FFS has been added. However if you get a base stock B01C (or any) ROM and edit it to your liking in Romraider, save it as a .bin file, open in ECUtek and apply a RaceROM patch to add the extra features then save as a different file. Once you save it in ECUtek it then becomes an ECUtek file and you then can't open it in Romraider. Why do you think I added more defs for the A01G ROMs
