(at the point of purchasing the plan I specifically said will it cover wheel curbage, and they said yes, blatantly misrepresenting the product) . You would think they would check first if my damage qualified or not first, and meanwhile they have had my 1100 dollars for the past 5 months! So I decide to cancel, and get a refund.

I still do not have the refund to this date. The insurance company needs to refund subaru, and then subaru refunds me. Apparently Subaru got the refund at the end of DEC, and its now FEB soon and I am awaiting a check from Subaru Richmond, that has had to go to accounting and head office for approval, seriously wtf..The last time I talked to the business manager, he said the Cheque should be at the dealership this past Friday.

This makes me really want to switch dealerships for servicing, but then I will lose out on the lifetime oil change, you think if I phone don docksteaders and see if they can match it, ill go to them for servicing instead? Also what should I do about my 1100 they have had since June? Complain to the Better Business Bureau? I kinda asked for discounted parts when STI products are here, but the manager just said ill talk to the parts people when you want to order something.

Sorry guys for the long Rant, its just been really annoying!

Dealers love holding onto your money.
I applied for the Grad program when I bought the Fr-s, and they said yes I would qualify. Then somehow they "didn't send it in yet due to paperwork clusterfuck," then I dont hear from them and call them maybe once a month and they tell me the cheque is coming. Finally arrives after 4 months of harrassing.

Same goes to cancelling my pre-order, still waiting for a certain dealership to refund my money.

Either they are hoping we'll forget about it or get so frustrated so they can pocket the money themselves.

Yeah, If I dont get my money next week, I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau and take my car somewhere else for servicing, cause this is getting ridiculous, they pretty much have had my money since June now.

I would deff do that. I tried to go thru their own customer review section and their fb and all my reviews and post got deleted.

Thats or look up who the GM is and e-mail/call him. If not you can also check the business registry and see who the owner is and give him shit.

We would have to make sure we don't all drive there otherwise we might end up being the best marketing campaign they could hope for.

Okay, so I looked into it today and I do see the white wire in the strand...

However it does look like I routed the wire in such a way where the white wire points towards the inside so it's not an eyesore from the outside.

haha yeah i see it now, i just dot it installed today! can't decide if i should put the rear diffuser on or not..

Can't some of the local scion dealers get 5xis stuff? I think North Shore Scion is a dealer.
