Bought the Ortiz custom dual pods. I plan on running oil pressure and oil temp there and running a 60mm boost gauge in the vent. It'll be a few months before it comes in. Any tips on where to port the gauges to?

I got to installing my Defi gauges in the ATI ring vent pod and the Ortiz pod. I'm running boost/vac, oil pressure and oil temp.

I waited long enough for something like this to be released, and gave up. Fits 3 52mm gauges perfectly. I'm relocating the USB/AUX to be under/above the 12v in the center console.

Are the gauge pods pointed slightly inward, towards the driver? Or are they simply facing out directly straight/parallel?

They are pointing in at an angle.

FYI, I finally got the relocation bezel with the new glued on switch. Im not sure if I will attempt to do the same job they did better because their cutouts looks like an amateur Dremil job. I could imagine I could do better. Also, in retrospect, I probably could have wrapped the new cluster bezel fake carbon fiber like the rest of my interior to cover blemishes. I may try that but it isn't high on my priority list.

I decided I didn't care for their repainted switch relocation bezel so I modified the stock one. Their bezel left only one of four tabs. Mine has three of four, including the screw. I made an aluminum cutout so when dremeling I wouldn't over-cut. It isn't perfect of course but an improvement without needing to paint and looks good enough that I can live with the imperfections.

With this set up, do you need to modify to car to make the gauges fit or is it as simple as putting them in?
