Hi mate, and hi to everyone else on the forum. Just trying to do some research and get my new rim selection down pat.

Been looking at a set of Enkei RPF01's in a 17x8 +35 size and was wondering whether you guys think it would fit. Based on this calculator (http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html) it should because it only reduces inside clearance by 3mm and adds 23mm on the fender side.

Based on Scooby's measurements, his 17x9 +42's would have lost 22mm inside and added 28mm outside.

Just wanting to get your thoughts on whether the 17x8 +35 would fit!

Thanks!

I'm also curious about this. Great post, now I know where to go in the street touring class until a good FI kit is out.

With coilovers...there will be more room...as the springs are skinnier..should be able to get 255 or 265's on there with not much issue..

I know there is obviously a lot more grip, but can you describe how it feels?

I am seriously considering this size wheel/tire for DD and ST_ autocross. I am trying to decide between this and 17x8 with 235.

Well...the tires.....are 10fold better than stockers...WAY MORE GRIP......they ride well..but I can definitely hear them picking up road debris ..a bit more than normal...the car Feel MORE PLANTED...and Stable at speed over the stockers... and the fact they fit WELL...and look awesome is up there too..
