if 6000k is more blue than 8000k, then you have quality control issues. 6000k should NEVER be more blue than 8000k. 6000k should be brighter (in regards to pure lumens output) for sure, but not more blue. btw, 8000k is straight up dangerous to drive on the road. the point of HID's (properly set up with projector and bulbs) is to increase light output to drive safely. no idea why people would want to take a step back with bulbs that are near purple in color and have less visibility than halogen reflectors.

to the OP: if you are dead set on a PnP option (it's not as bad for the FRS since it comes with halogen projectors compared to halogen reflectors), I suggest buying the Morimoto bulbs from The Retrofit Source. top notch customer service and better than most, if not all, of the China bulbs on the market.

Either there ecu isn't shielded or that hid kit is not made in the U.S. or imported illegally because its got some serious FCC issues lol I've never heard of that issue

All HID kits are illegal technically. There's a reason a single OEM ballast or bulb is more expensive than an entire "kit."

the two HID bulbs look like they're not matching. were they warmed up when you took the picture, or just turned on?

Hmm you know what, I can see where you made your statement. But they really match, for some reason my phone couldn't focus it, maybe I could get another picture to compare.

Phone's auto white balance will show things we can't normally see. It can also make blue look white and white look yellow...

@BobbyDee how was the install? Would you mind posting pics on where you put all the hardware? Any electrical issues so far? Do they start up all the time? Any straight on shots from a bit of a distance?
