Refer to post #356. The first pic is a video. I cycle thru each sensor and they all display correctly. Including egt.
Yes i saw your video and the reading is around 200+ for EGT, that's why I'm lost.

There is a reading for my AFR. Only the EGT showing 0.

Anyidea how do i get it to work ? or there is something wrong with my gauge ?

Has anyone found a way to disable un-used items like battery voltage and 0-60?

So the gauge is "calculating" EGT from the OEM oxygen sensor.

I didn't get a chance to tidy up my install but essentially the wire I labeled as the positive (+) trigger parking lights is where you want to tap into (i.e. military splice) with the green wire from the P3Cars gauge.

Once done, go into the gauge configuration settings and change the dimmer setting to "On.A" then hold the right button to save the option (you gauge will then reset).

Now when you turn on the lights, or your lights come on automatically, the gauge will dim.

Everyone should be hitting the thank you button for this. I have been waiting since I bought the gauge for them to answer on how to do that. Maybe this can be put in the how to section or at least at the beginning of this thread

I wouldn't put much faith in an estimated EGT figure. If EGT's are something that you need, i'd get a bung welded on and add it to one of the 0-5V aux inputs on the P3.

True. But i just want to make sure my gauge is working normally. Coz the value should not be 0 for the last 2 days and suddenly 1913 today

Because if it's "spoiled" i would like to get it replace after spending almost $400 on it

Mine also shows numbers that high. I don't think it's ever been 0 for me.

As I have told you multiple times now, I would not judge whether the gauge is "working" or not based on the EGT. As long as your AFR, IATs, coolant temp, and oil temps look right, then the gauge is working properly. All it is doing is reading inputs from the OBD-II port.
