WTB: Catback xhaust and Rims/Tires

I am looking to buy a catback exhaust and a wheel and tire package. Want something quieter on the exhaust and will go 17", 18" or 19" on the rims/tires as long as they sit flush. Let me know what you got. Got cash ready to go. Thanks.

On the quieter side for an aftermarket exhaust. Don't want something obnoxious. Something with a deep smooth tone and no rasp.

Don't like the look of those rims but thank you. Your exhaust has no mufflers, will be too loud.
