Passenger Buckle

Some of my passengers have complained about their seatbelt not unbuckling when pressing the button. I guess they feel like they have to actually yank it out of the buckle? I noticed that the buckle bends inwards towards the seat ever so slightly, maybe this is partially to blame? Not sure, I haven't had any problems with the driver's side. Anyone else run into this?

My wife used to complain about this. I took the seat out, removed the bracket for the belt buckle and bent it ever so slightly so that doesn't bend inwards anymore. It now closely matches the angle of the drivers side. The bracket for the passenger side is shorter than the driver's side, which is why you may not have the same experience with the driver's belt as your passenger.
