FR-S Lip Kit branded vs eBay?

Hey everyone, is there much of a difference between a branded Lip kit and the eBay lip kits? (Beside price and brand of course).

I seen a few lip kits with front, side and rear going for $500 +/-, while eBay is around $350 +/-

Anyone has any input on those? They pretty much look the same, and made out of the same materials and such but wanna hear some input on those who have some experience with it.

Would you get the eBay or the branded version? Don't need Carbon fiber look.

Thanks!

no difference. Normally all these pieces are made from the same factory no matter what brand sells it

I purchased the BaysonR lip kit from eBay and it fits well. cost was <$300 for front lip, side skirts, and rear spats.

The "oh shit" moment when it hits something isn't as big on an eBay lip.
