You can change paint color and do a few things with body kits, wings and such. It seems like it would help if you plan on wrapping or radically changing the color of your car.
You can select each body piece also...trunk, hood, wing, to make it black and mimic carbon fiber pieces. The wheel selection is lacking though but it will mainly give you a better idea
what the outcome will be on some changes that haven't been done yet with colors. You can do the same with photoshop but this is much easier to do quickly.
