Bought another Integra Type-R

This will be the first car I've owned that has had some magazine coverage.. and it will probably piss off some Type-R fans.

It's a 1998 Type-R. ITR driveline, nothing special, caged (will have the kirk cage removed and I'll have one welded in sooner than later), etc. Pure track car, not able to be titled for street use.

Picked the car up on the way to NOLA this paste weekend. Immediately swapped some safety gear and tracked it with two drivers. Ran pretty good although I can't wait to swap over my suspension and some other stuff. Current track car (the 2000 GS-R) is basically sold, just sitting in my driveway until I swap some parts.

Some pics of one of the previous owners:

Loaded it up at the PO's workplace:

At NOLA with some people in the background that should be familiar to all here. I bet @FT-86 SpeedFactory will know them.....

At the Tallahassee Auto Museum

Yes I do. The white 93 Turbo will likely be sold soon. The current GS-R track car will also be sold. M3 will be sold, but not until it's closer to the Focus RS delivery date

Planning on it. Light track usage and a DD. It's a practical car at least.

The GT350 is a BLAST on track but I'm not convinced it would be a good DD.

It has a COD title. So sure I can get around it but no real desire to do so.
