Can we please stop crashing our cars?

So I was trying to find out if there is any difference between an FRS and a BRZ in terms of insurance and came across the following stats from the Insurance Bureau of Canada...

Apparently, we are some expensive customers to them.

What really stood out is the collision claim cost. FRS/BRZ collision claim costs are 194% more than the average?? Only Merc S450V/S550W, CLS500/CLS55, Mitsu Evo, and BMW x6 cost more than we do??

For comprehensive claims, we're 'only' 88% more than the average and 79% more than average for DCPD claims.

Since I'm sure many of us are personally have no claims whatsoever on our cars, are we really that expensive to repair???

And i believe all parts are imported from the motherland Japan. Unlike a civic, where there is a plant for parts in Markham or something

It's only gonna get worse....once this platform dips below $20k....the douches come out exponentially

Proof: all 2006 and older WRX

This is the one thing that the Miata had going for it - since it was perceived as a 'chick' car, it cut down on a lot of the douches who would buy one. Wound up getting the more mature, asserted crowd. The Twins on the other hand, are gunning for the younger crowd and honestly looks good to seduce anyone who doesn't care for the driving feel and winds up wrapping their car around a tree.

My quote for 13' FRS was actually not bad, but I have multi-car discount.
