Battle Scars - Dents/Scratches/Scrapes vent here!

Since I feel the need to vent (and usually feel better after doing so) I thought I'd try to minimize all the "ARGH I SCRATCHED MY CAR!" posts and have a central place where we can all vent our frustrations, post pics on how stupid we are and/or that other person responsible, then collectively comfort/make fun of each other as the internet intended it to be. Face it, its inevitable for everybody.

I'll start. Only 3 weeks into owning my BRZ, I got my first scape, right on that beautiful front lip, where its nice and visible. Woke up early this morning to drag myself to the gym. Half asleep, I hopped in, backed out of the driveway, but instead of backing it out at and angle (to avoid the realtively steep curb), I backed up straight. The sound of plastic rubbing agaisnt concrete is all I remember hearing. "Fuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh...dang...." was all I could mumble, as I drove to the gym.

Edit: Added a pic, looks like it wasn't the first time...

I was visiting my girlfriend in Victoria, BC where I learned that someone with a white car doesn't know how to parallel park. There's a white smudge on the mustache, and 2 little gouges (deeper than just paint) near theBRZ's left foglight .

On that note, someone in Victoria is (probably) the FIRST person to hit a BRZ in Canada!

The sidewalk outside my apartment was being redone and as I was backing into my parking spot, I forgot there was a metal sawhorse on the rubble of the old sidewalk. Thinking I could overhang the curb with my rear bumper like I usually do, I gave the sawhorse a bump and put a cuple dings in the rear bumper. Luckily they're really low and covered up easily with touch-up.

Scraped up my wheel rim (not too bad though) last night trying to pull into a parking space as far as possible from the other car. Sometimes I am my car's own worst enemy.
