What is best coilover kit for around 650£?

I dont have much experience about coilovers so I need help what should buy!

My budget is around 900€/650£

I have been looking for BC racing and D2 but I dont know... There needs to be camper adjust in front.

I'm gonna go with Tein Flex Z, there seem to be no better option under 1000 USD for street performance.

1060€ that kit here delivery time 2 weeks. Im just interested would I get it cheaper from UK or somewhere else?

What you think can I get cap between fender and wheel good with these Tein Flex Z?

Im thinking to buy XXR 527 18X8,75 +35 wheels with this coilover and tyre would be 225/40...
