Need help on Fog Lights

I got my fog lights installed about 3 months ago, and one of the lights went out.
I tried taking the broken bulb out but I can't.. meaning I twisted the socket but I cannot pull it out, it's loose and I tried twisting and turning everyway I can, but It just won't come out. Do I have to take my bumper off, unscrew the harness, just to change the bulb?

Please help!

Give it a little more elbow grease and see what happens. Else, bumper will have to come off...

Btw, I love your name and profile pic <3 lololol

Take a deep breath and breath out. You sure you're pulling it out of the foglight housing and not...ahem...another "hole"?

Keep yanking. It always comes out. Swap hands, that helps sometimes.

Yeah, just keep pulling. I broke the tabs off on the lightbulb, eventually. It'll come out nice and easily after that.
