will be installed in the end whether sway bar can increase body strength?

Please help me, will be installed in the end whether sway bar can increase body strength, my car would like to keep Original car, just plan to install sway bar, often wandering, distressed car, do not really know whether to install BAR can increase body strength, make cars more durable,Sorry my translation is not good.

But if you're asking if chassis braces will stiffen up the chassis, then yes, the ones designed to do so, will do so. But i do feel sorry for distressed car.

Sway bar may very well be what you are asking about. They do firm it up a bit.

OK pic just showed up. Yes that will firm it up a lot. These cars are pretty stiff to start with though so unless doing some heavy racing or power improvements I don't think you will benefit much from the stiffness.

A sway bar will stiffen up the ride/suspension but doesn't brace the chassis. If you want to stiffen the chassis itself you'll need chassis braces.
