RACECOMP ENGINEERING Street Camber Plates for Subaru BRZ & Scion FR-S

The development of new parts is non-stop at RaceComp Engineering (RCE), catering to both new and existing Subaru and Scion owners. RaceComp Engineering released the RCE Lowering Camber Plates in 2005 and set the bar for innovative suspension engineering for the Subaru performance enthusiast. RaceComp Engineering is now excited to expand their camber plate line to include the new RCE Street Camber Plates.

These plates work on both OEM style fixed perch struts as well as coilovers. Key features include a low stack height which results in minimal change to ride height at various camber settings.

RCE Street Camber Plates also offer an additional 0.8 degrees of caster which helps minimize dynamic camber loss in a turn for the camber challenged Impreza chassis.

The lightweight RCE Street Camber Plates feature a Teflon coated motorsport spherical bearing for smooth, long lasting and quite operation. Each bearing is rated at 41,445 lbs radial and 7,500 lbs axial force.

These plates are a simpler design meaning that these durable plates are available at lower price in comparison to the RCE Forged Lowering Plates.

Very nice. What is the reason for the keyed thing? Never seen that in a camber plate before.

It looks to me like a f'ing awsome way to adjust camber.

First of all, I'm not selling anything, in case that's what you're thinking. Second, they'd better shut down about 70% of the threads on this site then, because inevitably the "how much did you pay" question gets asked about whatever the thread topic is about, whether it's aftermarket parts, OEM parts, track day prices, tires, or how much over/under MSRP someone paid for their new car. Price gets discussed two dozen times a day here.

How much extra front camber adjustment do they offer on the 86?

The gear/adjustment mechanism is pretty spiffy.

This is cool. Much easier to precisely set camber than "bumping an allen key".

You only need to watch dezoris trying to setup his ohlins to see how much of a ballache it can be.

I do get that this is the tech section and not a FS area. But I think it's fine if it's someone else that posts a link.

Mods let us know if that's not cool (and remember that it wasn't me that did the linking ).

Great to have alternatives, these will be made to fit most coilovers systems out there or st/kw or oem?
