Modding stock snorkel?
Hey guys,
So I did a quick search and couldn't seem to find anything EXACTLY like this already so here it is: Anyone mess with the stock snorkel? Ive got the modding bug and im looking for some cheapish mods to do, since I just spent too much (or not enough?) money on wheels and suspension. So thinking stuff over I remember seeing that the stock snorkel is pretty hectic looking and likely not the most efficient design ever. So in the spirit of cheap and ways to kill an afternoon off, i want to mod it a bit! Im considering dremmeling off the resonator's and possibly opening it up further? I have a trd intake on my car already. Mainly looking for efficiency and maybe a little louder/better sound. Anyone done this? thoughts? concerns? Am I weird? |
