I'm curious about the studs on the 25 mm spacer. Aren't they normally pressed into the spacers? Why are they removed? Do they cinch right in when you torque them down and work properly?

I just spun a couple studs on a spacer I was using; real son of a bitch dealing with that problem. If the lug studs are loose, you're gonna have a bad time.

It looks like the "back" part of the studs has a spline on it. I'm guessing the back of the spacer has the same so they slide right in? Interesting.

Yes, I pressed out those studs originally came with the spacers due to I have ARP extended wheel studs hence I did not need these studs on the spacers.

Yes, you can simply lined up the spline on the studs and the back of the spacer. Gently pressed in and the slowly torquing the bolt from the other side to get these studs back in place.
