Uh no, that doesn't even sound like the stock engine and even doing a LED swap there is no way to mess up the placement of the needle

Sounds like the stock motor with exhaust and intake to me. And yes you can 'mess up the placement of the needle' if you don't put it back on at zero or turn it counter clockwise to what ever you want it to start at.

Also notice how it's idling at 4500 Rpm and then red line is a little beyond where 11000 rpm would theoretically be? About 7k RPM difference. Or stock red line.
