How hard to make a bolt on axle back track pipe?

How hard is it to make a track pipe like the nameless? What size exhaust flange and what angle is the tip to line up with driver exhaust outlet? Do you use 2.5 tubing or can you use larger so if you do not get a mandrel bend you will compensate for inside diameter flow? Thx for any suggestions or if you have one for sale please pm me.

not hard if you know how to weld.
2.5 inch, angle is different depending on where the bend is.
2.5 inch, mandrel won't make much difference.
exhaust shop or buy one.

An exhaust shop should be able to build you a single exit muffler delete (I guess what you're asking) for pretty cheap. The name brand exhaust prices for this chassis are pretty overprice IMO.

Garage
I did one on Sunday. Had enough stuff around so cost of zero $.
Hard part was making the flange but maybe you can buy one when you get the pipe.

-Mount the flange
-Slash cut 2 1/2" pipe at ~28degrees.
-Hold slash cut to flange rotate as needed.
-Tack, remove, weld, install.

It got heavy when I added the fancy fancy tip so I later added a 1/2 rod to hang from one of the rubber mounts.
Didn't even jack up the car.
