Help finding right after market wheel hub adapter!
Hello fellow frs/brz/gt86 members!
My names Adam. I have a 2015. I swapped out the stock bucket seats for some aftermarket seats. The steering wheel is now sorta tight to get into. I want to find the perfect wheel hub adaptor that works with royal grips steering wheel and their quick release with there crest horn button. Could somebody help me find the correct parts to do this. Please and thank you it'll be highly appreciated. Last edited by 2015FRShalo; 06-22-2015 at 01:51 AM. Reason: Mis spelled titled. |

connection to the to the car.
connection to the steering wheel, 6 bolt sparco type, 6bolt nardi, and 5bolt grant etc. then you run into the problems of cheaper hub adapters that won't work on the horn, I know that works bell(the brand) works with the horn. and then the problem of fixing the airbag light. now search. or just go to a shop or a online shop that specializes in parts for this car. its really not that hard. |

Splash hub or Works Bell hub will work and they have a cut out for the clock spring. Make sure that you order an extra resistor as they are only shipped with one and this car needs two. One per harness connected to air bag and you should be fine.

Splash and works bell to my knowledge is the same thing. search for the DIY aftermarket wheel threads on here to get a lot of info and info on installation so you don't mess up your clock spring
but yes get the works bell hub and your good. any quick release will mount to it |

I got my Nardi Personal Grinta 330mm for only $280. I would look into Nardi, Sparco, or Keys Racing. There are plenty more just price them out.

Did you ever end up installing the 540 hub on your 15'? That was one of the first mods I did and it did not line up straight with the spline like the OEM steering wheel, was off to the left or the right depending I even ended up selling the hub and ordering a Cusco suede wheel just to make sure and the Cusco wheel was off as well so I just went back to stock, after I tried on a friends 13' which went on perfectly straight, let me know if you got one on straight haha I still kinda want to install my Nardi.
