FI gasket question which to use?

Okay guys I have the option of re-using multi layer steel gaskets or using new single layer metal crush on my turbo exhaust housing at manifold to turbo and turbo to downpipe.
I also have the option of re-using multi later steel gaskets at the manifold to cylinder or using new OEM gaskets from the dealership.
What do?

Also noteworthy I had exhaust leaks at the manifold to cylinder head, but that could be related to the machine shop damaging my manifold, which I already know happened.

I would reuse them. If you want a little extra comfort spray em with some copper gasket spray. If you are worried, order some new ones from ATPTurbo.

I'd go for the multi layer one.. not sure why but I trust it more than a single one.. These heavy metal parts may not be perfectly flat and I think the multi-layered one could help with that. I use the grimmspeed multi-layered on manifold to head and never had any issues. I'm also using a single crush on turbo to manifold and also haven't had any issues.
