E85 in NJ

I have a few questions surrounding e85.

I'm thinking of making the jump over to e85, and as anyone from central nj knows, we don't have e85.

1. If I run an OFT e85 tune, and find myself in a situation where I'm running low on gas and can only get 93, will I be able to just "switch" the tune and fill my tank up with 93 and be safe?

2. How can I transport 55 gal drums of e85? Can I just fill a drum up with it at an e85 pump, throw it in the back of an truck and go? I'm pretty sure njtp prohibits that, which sucks because all the e85 pumps around are easily accessed by the njtp.

I'm sure I'll have more questions later.

Thanks!
