Cleveland Area suspension work?

I'm just trying to find someplace to install my eibach prokit lowering springs but all the places I've called so far only do factory repairs and won't install aftermarket lowering springs, any advice on shops? Or anyone want to get paid to do the install instead?

Hi!

I live in Mentor, oh and just had my RCE yellows installed last month by a shop in Mayfield called Exceleration. Specifically, the tech Frank did the work who did a fantastic job. I know both Frank and Carl (owner) so a couple years now and I always look forward to seeing them for car help. They charge by the hour and I had a hefty bill, however they did springs/brake lines/pads/rotors/diff fluid/tranny fluid/intake cleaning/camber kits front and rear/whiteline bushings (rack & pinion, diff, and rear subframe). They don't have a laser alignment machine but do as best they can with string. I'd still recommend going to the dealer for an alignment.

Also, Classic Scion in Mentor, OH would do the install. The service manager (Jim) and the service counter assistant (Ryan) are the guys to connect with. The tech I'd recommend is Ethan.

Their hourly pricing is a little higher than Exceleration (~$110/hr instead of $90/hr), however they're really cool with doing any work on your car as well as long as you have all the aftermarket parts and instructions. Plus, the dealer would be able to do the alignment right there. **Note** - the springs will "settle" after a week or so, and Jim was fine with having me come back a second time to confirm/adjust the alignment for free.

When you talk to either place, mention you were referred by Gray (white fr-s).

It would cool to get together for a drive too! Also check out Cars & Coffee in Garfield Hts Starbucks (1st and 3rd Saturdays) from 8:30-10:30am.

Hey man, thanks alot for the reply and the advice, I live closer to the place in Mayfield so i'll try that first. Yeah I was thinking about checking out Cars and Coffee last time, never been, but I think it was raining that morning. Would be up to meet up sometime, I'm in Cleveland Heights/Little Italy area.

Sounds good! That shop will have a great idea on labor since just doing my car. I know those guys outside of their work and can definitley confirm the work will be top-notch. Carl is no-nonsense straight up with you too.

I might be at C&C on 6/6, but am definitely planning to be there 6/20. If you can't make it to those then we can work on getting together for a drive.
