Canada and TSB's?
I think my car may have the idle dip problem as noted here

Some have flashed for the idle dip issue, I haven't seen us do one yet. Mine does the idle dip once in a blue moon, and I've never bothered to bring it in for it.

When I had my windows done under the TSB the number was the same as the US version but was just followed by a -C. Not sure if that applies to all of them though.

Idle dip can also be fuel quality or aftermarket intake BTW.
