Nameless vs works axle back

I'm trying to decide between the works AB M and the nameless axle back exhaust. I want something on the louder side but nothing obnoxious or annoying. Anyone with experience with either one have a recommendation?

My Berk dual tip muffler delete is good on the sound, a bit droney but I don't really get bothered by it.

Extremely cost efficient and a nice way to upgrade from the stock exhaust sound

Only reason I am considering an upgrade soon is because I want a full catback with a better midpipe than the stock midpipe

^yeah I like the berk I was just worried about annoying my neighbors and the AB M is at least half muffled haha. And I'm eventually going full catback as well I'm just a poor college student for now.

having heard both, the abm is pretty loud and i could see getting pretty old fast. the nameless axelback is perfect for getting a much better exhaust note that is on the louder side but isn't over bearing on its own.

Thanks for the advice. The nameless sounds like it would be a better fit for me.

I've owns the Berk about a couple weeks now, and to be honest the loudest is during the cold start. I mean it is LOUD during cold start. i park in a parking garage and it is extremely loud. In the open areas it is still loud too.

othrr than the really loud cold start I'd say it is not bad afterwards for neighbors and what not. It is only as loud as how hard you put down your foot on the throttle in my opinion.

For a poor college student Id day the Berk dual tip muffler delete is by far the most economical choice as an exhaust mod and substantial upgrade to the stock exhaust noise

I actually might be selling mine for cheap if I get the catback, would you be interested?
By cheap I'm talking around 230 shipped give or take, I've only got about 200 miles on it

Possibly, It would most likely be sometime within the next month if I were to purchase it.

Cool, that gives me time to research catbacks lol.

Where are you located? I'm in Illinois. Again I can most likely do around 230 shipped give or take

"Loud" is subjective as everyone has different opinions. What I define loud is considered quiet to my friends LOL. I have the Nameless and it's loud at start-up and until you get on it, say around 4000rpm, it's quite conservative and easy on the ears while driving.

I'm going to do a review of my works ABM soon once the muffler breaks in after a couple hundred miles .

I can tell you right now if you don't want to be obnoxious this is the exhaust for you. At idle it is as quiet as stock. Cold starts are definitely louder.

No drone at cruising speeds, slight drone when windows are closed at 2kish rpm when you're accelerating

If you've ever heard a newer model stock Honda civic Si (2012-15) , this exhaust is slightly louder than the exhaust on those cars.

If I can tell you the volume it would be
Louder than a civic si
Quieter than a stock Subaru sti

I mean, the muffler puts smiles on my face from the exhaust note itself.

I actually owned a 2012 si before my frs so I know exactly what you mean. Thanks for the info.

I own the ABM and love it. Switching from a stock exhaust it will seem very loud at first. It's not overly loud, but like any exhaust you get used to it. It has a great tone when you punch it and has no drone. I think that it is a great exhaust for DD. However the build quality is not as good as the Nameless imho.
