Bay Area E85 Testing

Calling all corn fuelers!!!!!
Has anybody tested the e85 from the Bay Area stations? I plan on hitting these stations occasionally and doing my own testing using this

Granted it only goes to 70% however it shouldn't be hard to add a 60% and 50% onto it.

Post your results, testing methods and date. I'll Update the results and post average reading.

Thats a lot of testing. Have fun with that. I think the majority of the propel stations are pretty consistent with about 80% from other cars with an ethanol sensor. Not sure about the rest.

But keep us posted. Id like to see the difference in values with a sensor and that beaker type tester.

I think it should be noted that most of the stations listed so far, are all Propel stations. They simply share retail space with the other station names identified at those locations. So at least for the Propel stations, there is a fair amount of consistency as others have confirmed.

Yeah i've heard good stuff about propel. Less worried about those, but want to check them against the others.

Like everyone else has said, Propel's E85 mixture is consistent all year round.

Flex Fuel makes this unnecessary. The sensor will adjust your tune based on E content in the fuel.
