the $6.99 is basically shipping. I clicked on the link, and all the selections are on "please select" as soon as you start piecing it together, it'll come out to $195. So roughly a 20% discount.

On a serious note, http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22423 is what I followed. Got all my lights replaced for around $30~ best money spent ever.
