Winjet Fog Lights-Photos

Just got the Winjet Fog Lights in, I'll probably be installing them in the next week or so...

Here's some photos in the mean time!

Also, the Winjet fogs come with an OEM looking switch that goes next to the trunk release.

Switch...many of the fog lights now don't have a switch. They usually tap into the running lights or headlights.

SAE/D.O.T. rated light

Nice! I got the same ones. Good thing (in my opinion) you went with the clear lens instead of the yellow lens, they give the car more of an O.E.M. finish, than the yellow lens. I heard rumors that the gloss bezel may peel/fade if left in the sun for too long. For me to keep them glossy as long as I can. I try not to park in the sun and wax them (not sure if it helps BUT I do it anyway)

I have a set of them. Overall was happy, but the install was a bitch and a half. I went with the yellow ones, FWIW

Do the new bezels feel loose and easy to remove for other people or is it just my car?

gonna revive this dead thread but I just installed mine (haven't wired it yet) but the bezel is disturbingly cheap dollar-store-like plastic and YUP..the fitment is loose AF and the fog lights don't fill the housing too...bahaha

How is it holding up for the rest of the owners? I have a feeling that if a rock chip hit these on the highway, it'll definitely scuff, scratch, crack, or shatter...lol

No wonder they're so damn cheap for $50 bucks on black friday from fteightysix. Most likely gonna swap these with some better quality or OEM housings. I'll feel alot more comfortable with the OEM rubber-y plastic finish than this. Or I'll attempt to plastidip the shit out of these for a bit more protection.

They holding up really well for me actually. I have hids on mines and no melting or nothing. The bezels are cheap but they holding up fine also.

Edit: IMO these bezels look better than OEM on the black frs . I feel like that it matches the paint better

Which wire did you tap to power your fogs?

I used the purple wire on the connector noted in this youtube video
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4V8T7ExRX0"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4V8T7ExRX0[/ame]

It was a pain in the ass to separate the wire and squeeze a t-tap in.

Just installed a set of these tonight, It was terrible. I work on racecars for a living so I'm use to having to make things work. The bezels did not click in because the hole around the light was not big enough. So I just filed the hole bigger but it took a few test fits to get them right. They are in tight but just does not seem right. All of the reviews on amazon said perfect fit.

My bezels somewhat fits.....buuuut it wasn't as snug and tight as the OEM ones. The good thing is...taking off is easy since you can use a finger to pry it off. Bad thing is you will probably snap the abs plastic tabs offs if you're not careful.
