Avoid AutoNation Toyota Irvine!

Stay away from AutoNation Toyota Irvine. The service manager is a complete failure to the AutoNation name. Denied responsibility after I got my car back with the front bumper badly gouged, plus scratches on the door. I have the walk-around showing my car was perfect before dropping it off. His response? He doesn't make advisors get on their knees to inspect the underside. Pics may not do justice, but these gouges are deep. I could see the plastic shavings hanging from the bumper as it was being driven out to me. This isn't something that just happens without noticing. He tried comparing me to "all the other drivers see this as well as Prius drivers". I don't care. This is my car and I'm not just any other driver. Car has always been at stock height and has never seen anything but comfortable and safe Irvine roads. I've left repeated messages for the Store Manager who hasn't responded to my calls. To top it off, the advisor somehow managed to snap my phone mount off the window when he "fell" into my car, after he literally just dropped the magnetic numbered cone on top of the car. They were completely disrespectful to my car. What happened to treating other people's property with respect and having to decency to not throw customers out after you don't want to accept responsibility for the damage YOUR store caused on my car? I don't care it's the underside or if it's minimal. Damage is damage and it was NOT there when I dropped the car off. Again, stay away from these guys.
