image with color and weave option will be even better

Any people know where to buy?

For the amount of money that probably costs, why not just get an armrest that will actually serve a purpose?

And that covers nothing, if you have the cup holder in the car it will sit on top of that (and jiggle and make noise because what the cup holder should be sitting on is a rubber sheet).

If you really wanted that part to be CF, you're better off just buying some faux-CF vinyl and sticking it on top of the original piece.
