Yeah, I posted about this as well. I've tried to reseal them twice now with butyl gave them enough time to cure but still had condensation build up. Nothing dramatic just small areas at the top and the bottom corners.

As of now, they seemed to have magically fixed themselves though. No condensation found at all lol

Do it once, do it right. Once you're done with painting, bake the headlights and while waiting for them, get the 6 screws and your screwdriver ready, as soon as you get the headlight out, screw in all the screws and make sure you can see for yourself that the black plastic cover is covering the glue area, after screwing all of them on, hold the headlight for about a minute or two, I have done that and thankfully I've never had a condensation problem.
