Paint to use for Yellow reflector housing?

I'm planning to black out my head lights and in the process want to make the High-beam housing painted yellow.
I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for what paint to use and where to get it?
I heard some of the yellow does become faded over time, aware of that, but any recommendation would be great!
Also, how's Rust-oleum for the blacking out of head lights?

@HachiRo

I just did this very same mod and got outstanding results with paint matched Raven (D4S) Black and several coats of clear (cause I wanted it shiny underneath). And for the reflectors I used Duplicolor Metalcast Yellow. Heat tolerances are great and reflectivity is very nice. Baked open the headlights, careful not to get anything dirty inside. Spray directly on the chrome reflectors (do not prep, this is important). Pics...

Adding HID kit (from Diode Dynamics) so the headlights are still currently off the car. Will post pic when done.

For blacking out, I recommend Krylon fusion.
