I am being DEAD serious. i only shower 3-4 times a week and i am physically active/workout.

i always shower after my workout and only workout 3 times a week.

so lets say i workout monday, wed, and friday, the rest of those days i dont shower.

and do you want to know the crazy part? i dont smell at all. i am a server at a restaurant and chicks hug and flirt with me ALL the time.... im am not fking with you.

want to know my secret?

start eating healthy and organic. eliminate too much red meat (i love red meat, but i limit it) and processed foods. drink MORE water. dont drink soda or other sugary drinks and food. eat MORE vegetables and fruit. the more veggies you eat, the better you will smell.

start your morning with a green smoothie. here is an example (bananas, spinach, cilantro), and then mix it up everyday with different fruits and veggies.



i used to smell like fking sh!t back in high school due to eating too much junk food. there is a saying "you are what you eat".

ps: i am NOT a skinny liberal hippy vegan... i still eat meat, beans, and rice.

i rarely fart bro. back in high school, i was farting and burping every hour, srs.

junk food and red meat gives you leaky gut/gas.

and yes, my fart still smells sometimes, but it isnt THAT bad.

poop doesnt smell too bad. i poop like 3-4 times a day. light brown color and sometimes dark. and the way it looks varies from small logs to peanut butter texture.

if i eat alot of leafy greens, my poop will have a slight green color.
