Engine ignition missing upon cold start

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that when I start up the FR-S in the morning the ignition tends to miss occasionally while at "cold fast idle". This seems to disappear as soon as I drive a short distance. The missing ONLY occurs when the engine is cold and is not severe or very frequent. Just an occasional hiccup.

Even though I live in Texas, it can get cool here; about 30-50 degrees F is a typical range for January and February.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? What is the likely cause?

Thanks.
