Talking Re-Mapping the ECU

Has anyone heard of the possibility of remapping the ecu for more hp and torque? I imagine the engine is over tuned down for reliability and durability reasons but I'd like to have it tuned to get another 10hp and 15lb per feet. I don't care about mpg👿

Companies are working on it but there are no remaps available yet.
