Please help!

I went to go start y car and would not turn over. The radio, ac, windows, charger ports, and drls are not either. I managed to get it started by popping the clutch and it had no power steering, and still had none of the other things. The mph were not working either and all the lights were on the dash too. My car would also not go above 4k rpm it acted as I hit the rev limiter. Can someone please help me!

whenever the check engine light is on, the ECU goes into "limp" mode, and wont go over 4k rpms to protect itself.. so I wouldn't worry about that part of your problems.

Let me also say. I put a new battery in and did the same thing. I checked all my fuses and relays. Hooked a multimeter up. Changed the positive terminal and nothing. It all still did not work

Battery -- tested. Move to Alternator. A faulty Alternator could drain a battery.

I, however, would be getting it to a dealer. I have a warranty for a reason.

Yeah. I checked alternator too. Seems fine. And it's not starting anyways even after I charged battery up. I just hope I didn't void warranty. I Have a intake on it and suspension that's about it tho

Well you have covered just about everything that anybody here could tell you to check so let's take a look:

Intake and suspension are not likely related so should not be an issue for warranty.
Get it to the dealer or a garage that can actually look at it!

Had this issue on my S2K a few winters ago -- a squirrel had gotten into the engine compartment and chewed through part of the wire harness.
