Congrats! Welcome and nice ride!
As far as car washing stations do you mean the drive through ones? Or the ones where you wash the car yourself?

I find the popular option is to go for the 90 days wash pass at Petro Canada. My personal favorite location to use that pass is the Petro on Winston Churchill and 403. Definitely the most thorough wash compared to others say in Markham and Richmond hill.

Bump! Any recommendations on good coin-op car washes in the east side of the GTA (Scarborough/Markham)?

But is the 90 day really worth it? I noticed the price is like $179+ tax.

A typical wash without gas is $12.40 something.

Are you honestly really going to wash your car everyday for 90 days? I find it a bit unnecessary.

You could wash the car once a week and that would be fine and sometimes we have winters like this year where it's dry for many days without much snow

I personally split my pass with a buddy of mine. So I'm only really paying $100. That way I can wash my car at least once a week, but when it gets bad and granted I have the pass, I can wash the car as many times as I want.
